No. It’s Bernardo O’Higgins monument. It’s the Manuel Rodriguez statue. It’s near the first C&MA church in Santiago. (The Bernardo O’Higgins monument is in front of the Moneda Palace).
Manuel RodrÃguez was a heroe in the Independence War of Chile.
